Four mindfulness tips for better sleep

  • If you can’t fall asleep, try practicing mindfulness somewhere other than your bed. This is to prevent your mind from linking your bed with being unable to sleep.
  • Should not depend too much on sleep apps because they might become a habit or dependence.
  • Instead of trying hard to make yourself sleep, it’s better to relax and accept that sleep happens naturally. This makes falling asleep easier.
